What we collect
When you fill in a form on this website, your email app sends us the details you typed: your name, contact details, and information about your child's studies or your teaching experience. This website doesn't store form answers itself and doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies.
Why we use it
- To reply to your request and arrange an assessment, trial class or screening call.
- To match students with suitable teachers.
- To verify a teacher's identity and qualifications, if they are shortlisted.
We don't sell your information, and we only share a family's details with the teacher matched to them.
Children
We collect information about children only from their parent or guardian. We never post a student's name, photo or work publicly without written parent consent.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 12 months if they don't lead to classes, and for as long as classes continue if they do. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop hearing from us, email hello@vidyalane.com.
Third-party services
This website loads fonts from Google Fonts. The Instagram link in the footer takes you to Instagram, which has its own privacy policy.
